Second Training Module: Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship

This second module aims at training partner country universities’ Knowledge Transfer professionals selected through the MEDINNOALL project on aspects related to the organization of Technology Transfer and promotion of Entrepreneurship within the Higher Education Institutions. The training will specifically address topics such as:



  • Role of the technology transfer offices
  • Different structures to support technology transfer
  • Assessment of the market potential of a technology
  • Management of Intellectual Property Rights
  • Technology Transfer Contract Procedures
  • Implementing and managing entrepreneurship support
  • Models of university entrepreneurship support measures
  • Creation of business plans
  • Incubators and start up and spin-off support structures



This module will provide training skills that will enable individual participants any further delivery of trainings within their home institutions or to the industry through integration of elements of the “training of trainers” approach.
