Objectives
Overall objective:
The overall objective of the MEDINNOALL project is to bring innovative thinking into the MEDA region’s Higher Education and to enhance universities' ability for encouraging and conducting collaboration with their economic environments, motivating regional actors, and enhancing the culture of innovation and spread of best practices for better economic development.
Specific objectives:
The MEDINNOALL project aims to achieve this ambitious goal by pursuing the following specific objectives:
- To establish a Mediterranean Alliance for the promotion of Knowledge Transfer and Innovation in the MEDA region.
- To create 12 Excellence Centres for Knowledge Transfer at 12 North African higher education institutions in Algeria, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia for the support of University-Enterprise cooperation until December 2012.
- To equip the North-African Universities with knowledge and methodologies for the development and implementation of consulting services for regional enterprises in form of a Technology and Innovation Audits until December 2012.
